Suzanna Valdez Wolfe is a founding member of Partners4NonProfits. With over 25 years in the public, non-profit, and private sectors—and having served as an advisor on more than a dozen NGO boards—Suzanna is experienced in leadership and team development, strategic fundraising, coalition building, and message planning.
From the U.S. House of Representatives, and the White House Office of Public Liaison to the Hispanic community, Program Director roles, to the Executive Director of the Task Force on Television Management, Vice President of Advancement for the Adrienne Arsht Center, and a founding member of TEDxMIAMI, Suzanna brings experience from all corners of the non-profit sector.
Today, Suzanna leads Partners4NonProfits, where she brings together industry experts to help non-profit organizations with their strategic growth, fundraising goals, executive plans, and revenue generation.
Charisse Grant
Charisse excels at building and analyzing issues and identifying challenges, opportunities and solutions. With over 27 years of experience, she offers deep knowledge of community-building. social change, grantmaking and creating innovative strategic impact initiatives.

As a former Senior Vice President and Strategy Advisor at one of Florida’s largest philanthropic institutions, Charisse now leads Social Purpose By Design—an organization she founded.
Through Social Purpose By Design, Charisse specializes in the investment of financial resources to build better communities by strengthening social-purpose organizations, developing their leaders, and advancing their vision, mission, and impact.
Christine Brown
Christine Brown is an accomplished fundraising executive with over 15 years of experience who has raised over $5million in funding for non profit/for profit organizations.

Christine has experience in capital campaign/naming space projects she has also been a leader in comprehensive campaign initiatives with the Arsht Center, including annual funds, capital funds, endowment funds and special events.
Christine is responsible for co-creating a family membership group at the Arsht Center that went on to produce 3 sold out children’s galas in Miami—the first of their kind. She also co-curated a membership brand, titled Culturist, that has gone on to provide numerous funding opportunities for the Center.Christine is skilled in database transformation and has extensive experience in correcting SaaS donor management systems, like Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge, and Salesforce.
Corina Cortez
From the White House, The Rockefeller Foundation, the EPA, NEA and The Children’s Defense Fund, Corina brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of public policy, politics, advocacy and communications. Today, she advises leading global foundations on strategic planning and charitable giving.

From The Children’s Defense Fund to the EPA, the NEA, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the White House, Corina Cortez brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of public policy, politics, advocacy, and communications.
As the Executive Director of the National Education Association (NEA)—the nation’s largest education association—she oversaw 3 million members, over 500 staff, and a $350 million budget. Building national and statewide coalitions, establishing sister non-profit and political organizations, and creating state public policy priorities.
Today, she advises leading global foundations on strategic planning and charitable giving and supports organizations like Partners4NonProfits.
Galia Pennekamp
Drawing upon 25+ years in the nonprofit, academic, and corporate sectors, as well as her own entrepreneurial journey, Galia has honed her consulting, coaching and facilitating skills.
